ONLINE INSPO V.1

I’ve talked about it before, but the internet is simultaneously the best and worst thing that I’ve ever come across. On one hand, I often find myself lost within the depths of twitter and tumblr, wasting hours upon hours that I should be spending on homework or, you know, this website. But on the other hand, it’s my go to place to find inspiration when I’m in a rut.

As an incredibly visual person, I’m often drawn to places such a YouTube, Instagram, or Tumblr for inspiration. So today, I bring to you the first installment of Online Inspo, a collection of some of my favorite visual diaries.

ORION CARLOTO // INSTAGRAM // TWITTER // YOUTUBE

The ultimate babe and my biggest muse, the lovely Orion Carloto is one of my go-tos whenever I need a reminder as to why I create, (as well as a daily dose of my dream aesthetic). Don’t forget to check out her film photography instagram account!

Perfect for: aspiring poets and sad girls.

CARTIA MALLAN // INSTAGRAM // TWITTER // YOUTUBE

Your perfect destination for ethereal, dream-like content. The video Cartia did with Emma of The Messy Heads entitled, The Messy Effect quite honestly changed the way I think about life.

Perfect for: boho babes and those who wander.

i-D MAGAZINE // INSTAGRAM // TWITTER // YOUTUBE

With a publication as fantastic as theirs, it’s easy to assume that the i-D YouTube channel would be amazing as well. I’m constantly blown away by the series they put out, my favorite being the Gurls Talk series with Adwoa Aboah.

Perfect for: rebels and thinkers, however you may fit into that group.

BRITISH VOGUE // INSTAGRAM // TWITTER // YOUTUBE

For whatever reason, I prefer the content of the British Vogue channel to that of the American counterpart. I just find the content more thoughtful. But really, you can’t really go wrong with one of the most famous fashion magazines in the world. I thoroughly enjoyed the Camille Rowe Wellness series if you’re interested.

Perfect for: art lovers and fashion fanatics.
